本系列试验箱具有较宽的温度调节控制范围，可满足标准GB/T 2423.1、2《电工电子产品基本环境试验规程试验A：低温试验方法，试验B：高温试验方法》。 本类试验箱符合标准GB 10592《高低温试验箱技术条件》。

辅助件：本试验箱制冷系统中其他辅助件，如电磁阀、过滤器等我们也采用进口件；如采用意大利CASTEL的电磁阀、旁通阀、单向阀等，其它配件也均用国内知名器牌的制冷配件。

 低温管路：低温管路采用优质无氧铜管、充氮焊接（传统方式采用普通铜管，直接焊接方式，易使铜管内壁产生氧化物，造成制冷系统堵塞，使试验箱不降温或降温慢）。

在制冷系统底部设有凝结水接水盘，并排出箱外。

减振: 采用压缩机胶垫及弹簧减振措施；制冷系统管路采用增加R和弯头的方式避免因振动和温度的变化引起的铜管的变型，从而造成制冷系统管路破裂。

风道制冷: 为***较高的均匀度指标，试验箱设有内部循环送风系统及专用风道。工作室一端的风道夹层内，分布加热器、制冷蒸发器、风叶装置。采用多台风机使箱内空气循环，当风机运行时，将工作室中空气从下部吸入风道内，经加热或制冷、加湿或除湿后从均匀器吹出，在工作室中与试品交换后的空气再被吸入风道内，反复不断循环，从而达到温湿度设定要求。
